I am thinking of buying a pokemon basic booster box.They go for 500+
What are your thoughts?

I would say go for it if you are going to save it. If you plan on opening it I would just buy the complete set. In my opinion they are too rare to open.

500 dollars! Damn, I like Pokemon and all, but I can't bring myself to spend 500 dollars on a booster pack.
